We are delighted to welcome The Rev. Dr. Sam Wells to NYAPC! Sam joins us for eight days of preaching, conversation, and community reflection on church renewal, rooted in his book, A Future that is Bigger Than The Past: Catalysing Kingdom Communities.

One of today’s most influential public theologians, Sam is vicar of St. Martin-in-the-Fields in London’s Trafalgar Square, where cultural life, compassion ministry, and commercial enterprise are woven into the fabric of a thriving urban congregation. Ordained in the Church of England, he has served as a parish priest for nearly three decades and spent seven years as Dean of Duke University Chapel. He is a visiting professor of Christian ethics at King’s College London, a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4, and the author of more than 50 books on ethics, ministry, Scripture, and preaching.
